Atenea is a multi-asset, cross product-type valuation tool featuring current market data and location-based analytics to inform valuation decisions.

It is a web-based application with a proprietary valuation algorithm built upon a warehouse of pricing and appraisal data that can provide a first shot on property value in mere moments. kodeops team works closely with the business team to develop a valuation algorithm that is based on actual market experience and a large database of prices, instantly providing a first idea of the value for any given property in the portfolio.

Atenea allows team collaboration, assignign properties to evaluate from the tool and control in real-time team productivity using up-to-the-moment KPI's. Users can easily choose who has access to each asset or portfolio, including external agents, knowing at all times the status of their work.

It includes access to more than 10 million sale and rent transactions and listings across Europe, saving hours looking online for market information specific to the properties. It uses a well-structured database of normalized data, updated daily, that includes bank REO assets as well as listings from the most widely-used real estate portals.
